What's the best shake/meal replacement diet?

Any opinions/experience of what is the best shake meal replacement diet in the UK. I've only heard of Herbalife....
I'm looking for short term emergency plan for the next 2 weeks to 4 weeks, but I have a more normal and healthy long term plan for after that

I'm convinced they're all identical, just with different flavours of nastiness.

Go for Slim Fast, at least it's easy to pick up in the supermarket.
