Started a couple of weeks ago.
If I bend down, to say, get something out of th enottom of the freezer, my ears (right one is worse) feels like its blocked, but is pretty much fine on return to standing.

I did have a lot of ear infections when I was little, and ALL my grandparents have ended up very deaf.

have had prickly evens today too, perhaps a touch of hay fever?

My ears regularly 'click' when I swallow even if they don't feel blocked.

Sounds like you've got water in your ears.

Doesn't feel like that.

More feels like pressure I guess.

Blocked sinus possibly. Hold your nose and try and blow out to make your ears pop - it will hurt if it's that.

Blocked sinuses is my thought, I am not a doctor, just speaking from experience. I find that drinking milk and/or being dehydrated make this worse and over the counter decongestant sprays help reduce the symptoms. Can you get to a steamroom as i find moist heat helps as well.
