At work in Oxford last night a colleague was telling me how one of her housemates had opted to be a part of a Typhoid medical trial and be paid £3000 for 2 week's work. Has anyone heard more about this and how to opt in for it? Wouldn't mind doing it as it would mean I wouldn't have to take another loan to pay tuition fees, plus hopefully there'd be a bit left over for Jagermeister...!

All help appreciated smile

I could direct you towards a quicker one (over 7 weeks) in June for £1500, requiring a residential stay of 9 days and 8 nights; 2 out-patient visits; 1 follow up visit. Though "this new drug combination has never been tested in humans before" smile
