DoSore chest

Was at rockness last weekend, got envolved with a bit of moshing and caught some mean man cold.

Since leaving, have had a sore chest (about my left man boob) when taking really deep breaths and sneezing hurts like a bugger for about a minute afterwards. Tends to be worse in the morning. Went running yesterday and was fine. What have I done? If I had cracked a rib in said moshing, I would be in agony, right? Not been to the doc yet, but probably will do if it carries on for another couple of days. The cold seems to be clearing off, but not the sore titty...

I've bruised a rib before now and abiut 4 days after I'd done it was when the pain started. Not much room for any swelling round there you see.

You may have sneezed too hard and cracked a rib or pulled an intercostal muscle. Not much a doc can do but give you pain relief if your breathing is shallow.
