My buddy ate his Wife's placenta

Not sure where this should go.
I just emailed my buddy to ask him how his Wife was doing because I knew their due date was close. This is the response I got:
Okay dude. Just getting to grips with breast feeding. She's knackered so just holding the f
ker is a struggle. But we are getting there. Might do a bit of cup feeding if we think she needs more calories, but so far okay. Plenty of turd, so she must be getting something.
I ate the placenta. Check out the pics.
