Dry red rash on either side of nose, place your bets...
Discussion
This has started happening to me over a period of a few months, but has started getting more noticable. I get sot of dry flaky skin, which owhen i take it off looks almost grazed underneath. It's confined to these places but it keeps coming back. Ive tried mosturising, sudacrem and god knows what else and nothing stops it. Triggers seem to be having a hot bath or riding the motorbike.
So, what is it and has anyone else had anything similar? If so what do you do to stop it?

Seborrhoeic Eczema
Spot on I reckon. Responds to topical antifungals (clotrimazole cream) and steroid creams. You could also use Nizoral shampoo as a face wash to help as it contains ketoconazole IIRC. The last two are available without prescription although pharmacists will tell you not to use 1% hydrocortisone on your face and near eyes.ucb said:

It's a 2% one though, is that a bit stronger than normal then?
