Quite possible.
+0.25 x 110 is the same as -0.25 x 20 so actually its only moved 20 degrees and at only -0.25 you probably wouldn't notice either way. You may well be able to choose between them but be quite happy either way.

Thanks for the benefit of your expertise. As you might have guessed I have no confidence in the new prescription I have been given and these are the biggest changes compared to my old one. An eye test is booked with another optician tomorrow, I will see how that compares.
