Some strange happenings...
Discussion
Not sure if this is in the correct forum, so mods feel free to move. Anyway, last night, I was lying in bed, and a loud buzzing took over my hearing. Soon, this was coupled with shouting in the background, but was all morphed, so couldn't hear what was said. Also, my perception just went, it seemed as if objects were getting further away, and the door was getting smaller, like Alice in Wonderland (bad example, I know).
I researched this, and all I got was Tinnitus, and it isn't that, as I usually have that. It's happened before, and I'm worried about it, so anyone got any ideas? Thanks.

I used to get this bit sometimes as a kid only when in bed. Everything seemed further away or bigger than it should be. I could lay my arm out in bed and my hand would look/feel tiny as if it was 20ft away from my head, or my pillow would seem to be as big as a house.Screwed perception is the best way of putting it.
I put it down to either too much oxygen or too little. Getting up for 5 mins or so would cure it.
