Running with broken toe
Discussion
I am fairly sure I have broken my toe. No point going anywhere to get it confirmed. It won't bend but the good news is the end is numb. I only did it this morning so I went for a run.
I run 5 times a week and wondering how it's going to be when the feeling returns. I presume if I strap it to the toe next door that it should be fine.

Er, really? So you have a digit which has lost feeling (so maybe compromising nerve damage or loss of circulation) and not only are you not going to get medical help, you are going to go running on it....?I run 5 times a week and wondering how it's going to be when the feeling returns. And if you get gangrene in the toe/foot/leg.....?
