quickest time wins
can vary your pace etc etc

I'll start with an effort from the little bro, will attempt to beat him tomorrow

I'm game. They've just put one of those in my gym, I haven't used it yet. Can you set 5000m as your target distance?

yeh you can, no idea how as I'm not at home, I'll txt him later

I will be happy with sub 8.30... he is much fitter than me

Cool. I have no idea how to gauge what my time could be, only one way to find out though.
