Liver on the fritz for Christmas!

I think my liver has decided to go on the fritz, I've spent most of today feeling really dire with a horrid stabbing pain from my liver area.

I checked my blood sugars and they were 11 whereas I'm normally around 5, also did a urine test and I've sugar in my pee, the pee stick should be yellow but is showing dark green which is high sugar.

As I don't want to feel like this all Christmas can anyone recommend how best to get this back on track and ease the pain other than painkillers..

Sounds like pancreas to me, I would get yourself to the doctor
