Hi guys, went back to the gym tonight and am feeling a damn sight more positive about it than I've felt in a while but I'm struggling of a morning and lunchtime. I grab breakfast at work which consists of a bagel with cream cheese most of the time and then a panini for dinner (from the canteen). We don't have any facilities ourselves apart from a microwave and a small fridge but does anybody have any suggestions?

If you feel the need for 'traditional' breakfast fare, microwaved porridge or microwaved scrambled eggs spring to mind.
Anything against good old breakfast cereal or muesli? Plenty enjoy it though I'd rather starve than eat it.

Thanks, presumably when people talk about scrambled eggs in this context they literally just mean eggs and not toast etc?

I noticed the error in the title but I'd already posted it.

I have tinned tuna and microwaved brown rice for lunch. It does the job.

Same here, squeeze of lemon and some black pepper.
