Healthy option at the pub?
Discussion
Lime or Orange and Soda sound promising and showing at about 30 calories per pint. Much better than the 165 calories for my usual lager shandy.
Not sure about the Diet Coke. I have the odd glass but would worry about consuming it in pints.
Coors Lite is a possibility but a quick check shows it's probably about the same as lager shandy in terms of calories.

Last time I tried anything like this it was Orange Juice and Soda....except when a mate thought I said Cider!
That's what I had last time I was in the pub. Not being strict with calories, just didn't want a sugary drink (which seems to be the only alternative) if I wasn't having an alcoholic beverage.Gassing Station | Health Matters | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
