Therapist is suggesting MBT shoes to help with posture/walking etc. They're the ones with the curved soles.
Does anyone have any experience with them, positive or negative?

I thought the general opinion on those was that they do virtually nothing. I know a few people that went for variants of them - all said they were comfy, but they did absolutely nothing to help their posture, assist with weight loss, or help sort out world poverty.

If they're comfortable, well fitting - then worth getting, but otherwise just get yourself any well fitted comfortable footwear.

They don't look that well made (or attractive) and are remarkably expensive.

I bought some discounted ones from the previous years' stock. They don't seem to live up to the benefits claimed for them. Whatever happens, don't wash your face while wearing them!
