Been suffering with insomnia for For about 18 months now and its crap. I generally have broken sleep all the time, with the odd night where I get hardly any sleep. On those nights I can only drift off with the tv on, and even then I see most hours.

I don't remember when I last got a good nights sleep frown

I rarely get a decent sleep, I've got used to having around 5 hrs a night. If I'm working I normally go to bed between midnight and 1am and I'm up by Six.

If I try and get an early night I'm usually wide awake after a few hours kip.

Bad sleeper. Been on medication for over half my life. The more tired I am the harder it is to sleep. And the nightmares.

I do, I could sleep on a clothes line. However, no matter how many hours I get I could always do with a couple of hours more.

I love having a kip.

I have a daughter who is just over a week old. I've already forgotten what sleep is.
