Bit of a strange one. Did a good workout lastnight and finished off with a good leg and groin stretch but also did a broomstick twist as my very final thing. Instead of using a broomstick, I used an Olympic bar with my arms and hands wrapped around it, check the YouTube video for the technique I used.

As soon as I finished doing the broomstick twists, I've noticed a very slight numbness in my left thumb and the inside of my left elbow, right at the top of my forearm where it goes from forearm to bicep. The feeling in my thumb is a very slight pins and needles feeling with the arm feeling being more of that of a sticking plaster that I feel when I bend and straighten my arm.

It's not causing me any pain or discomfort, just something I keep noticing through the day. The feeling hasn't subsided at all since lastnight either.
