The **Health Matters** food thread
Discussion
Kind of hoping this will stay in Health Matters please, as although it's food related, that's not the point of this thread.
Seeing as diet is the most important aspect of staying in shape, I thought we could perhaps share our meal tips and recipes. We don't need a breakdown of calories etc, the ingredients can speak for themselves, and also consider not all people are here to build muscle, so perhaps you have a good carb heavy meal for the endurance types!
So, having started to type this, i've realised I don't have my phone with any meal photos on to show you all, so, for now, let me tell you what i'm having for tea tonight.
Beans
Wholemeal bread (2 slices)
Egg
worcestershire sauce
Okay, so that's pretty odd right? No! I play futsal every Monday evening, so it's a good meal to get sorted quickly, and not too heavy to run around with in the fuel tank. I've been eating this exact meal for 10 years every Monday, with maybe a few variations on the worcestershire sauce (sweet chilli, HP etc) or, if I was feeling flush, a bit of crumbled feta

It would be nice to know the calories, the protein, the carbs and the fat content.
