What's wrong with me?
Discussion
If It continues I'll go to the doctors but thought I'd ask here.
Starting today I've had this constant 'stitch' in my right shoulder blade/back. I've had this a few times and just got on with it but now I can't breath deep without it hurting in the same place as well as my stomach and chest...

Do you have any loss of feeling in your arms (one side or both) or hands?
Stand up facing a wall, then use both hands to push out from it - almost like a vertical pushup - ask someone to watch your shoulder blades whilst doing this - does one stick out further than the other? If so this could indicate a winged scapula?

Get yourself to an Osteopath. Yes its £40, but if you are self-employed you can claim it back against tax. Winged Scapula sounds likely, throw in some trapped nerves aswell.
Put it this way...sooner or later wou *will* be seeing one whether you like it or not. The only question is how long your treatment and recovery will take.

Definite winged scapula. Been there done that.
