I am type 2 diabetic.

I woke up this morning with, sickness and dioreah, massive headache, constant sweating and blurred vision.

One hour after taking 2 metformin, my sugars are still 24.

Would you call the out of hours doctors, or go straight to A+E?

I'll wait 15 minutes for replies.

Thanks

I would have thought the NHS helpline would be a better place to ask than an online car forum.

NHL direct is busy, and I'm waiting for a call back, god knows how long that will take.

Right, I'm getting a lift to A+E.

Feel to sick to drive.

Hope you're sat in A&E and on the way to being sorted by now. One of my personal assistants was ambulanced in, comatose with a level of 0.9 yesterday evening!

Doctors gave me an injection, I'm just sat recovering.

My sugars have never been that high before, and I don't know what caused it to happen.
