I know I could go to the quacks but its far more fun to get a diagnosis from some like minded chaps on the internet.

Went to bed last night with a bit of discomfort in my left side, just below my chest. Woke about 2 and it was really painful, seems to move between the front and back. To be honest it felt like trapped wind but despite some weapons grade trumping, including a fair few duvet lifters it is sill there. It is much better this morning - I would describe it now as uncomfortable, rather than painful.

Any ideas?

Controversial I know but the NHS provide Doctors who are trained to diagnose this sort of thing, or you could ask on the net and get anything from Trapped wind to Terminal Cancer as the diagnosis

Yes point taken. It was mostly posted just so I could make a load of childish farting references.

No GP appointments today. Can go to the walk in centre with the mongs of society sitting there with pots on their heads. Don't really want to wait 3 hours to be told I am bit "gaseous".

Will go if it gets worse, right now it seems to be improving.
