Hay fever/Rhinitis

So, it's coming to that time of year for all of us sufferers. I move back to the UK in a month and suffer pretty badly, usually take the steroids. Just a quick thread to ask if there are any new fan-dangled treatments/cures/meds out there for this season, or are we still left with Benadryl, Sudafed and a contract with Kleenex?

Also if anyone could tell me if they have had any experience with Immunotherapy? Last time I lived in the UK only Bupa were offering this.
