Stabbing gooch pain?

Matey below who had a dizzy spell whilst having a dump got me wandering about that sharp stabbing gooch pain I get a few times a year that is so unbearable and lasts 5-20s. I thought I'd just try and Google it.

lol, i have had a sort of cramp in my gooch when i have sneezed a couple of times and twice when i jumped off a high wall and landed.

wasnt a stabbing pain tho, was more like cramp and have not had it for a few years tho, and it was at random, as in one sneeze could do it, and another might not.

never crashed a car while it happened tho lol

I get it 90% of the time I sneeze or vomit!

A such I havent been sick in years and prob sneeze no more than 5 times a year......despite hayfever! Self control!
