Hello all, just wondering where a good place to buy a weighted training vest is? I want one that you can afjust the amount of weight and run with also as well as do dips etc?

There are lots of options. Amazon and Ebay have lots to choose from in a variety of prices. If you are going to use it for running you should spend a bit more as the stitching can be a bit st on the cheapy ones.

As mentioned eBay has loads, or get a chest rig and use sand.

Save yourself some cash and a bit of sweat by picking up the nearest hammer and ttting your knees with it. Same result as running with weights, but a bit cheaper. wink

I'm in the UK but I can't remember if I got it direct from the US or they had a distributor over here at the time (about 6 or 7 years ago).

Thoroughly recommended as the weights are small slabs of rubber so nice and flexible/no sharp bits but infused with metal so they weigh quite a bit, especially when you've filled the entire vest with them. Makes a hell of a difference to whatever training you're doing.
