i only use the spray now for this very reason, used the rub on cream once, then got distracted and forgot it was still on my hands, went for a pee and assumed the position, thought nothing of it untill while laying on the couch watching tv i thought "my penis is getting awful hot", at this point i realised what i had done but could do nothing, rubbing it made it worse, tried chucking water on it, just had to wait till the pain went away.

I got some free samples of equivalent from a company once.
The only way to describe it is take a hot iron to the place where you rubbed it, then scald yourself with boiling hot water snd you're about there.
I had to wash it off it was so powerful. Did the trick though
