Keeping daily lenses to wear a second (or 3rd) day
Discussion
That's why you want proper disinfectants, the type used each night for monthly lenses.
The only difference between them is that dailies are a lot thinner and get damaged more easily. Dailies obviously don't need to worry about cleaning, as they get binned each time.
Saline is no good, that just washes them, but a peroxide overnight solution will be fine.
I've even had a bad eye infection once, and I was off work for about 6 months with it whilst the doctor threw darts at possible diagnoses, but that was mainly due to working in dusty environments that would give me sore eyes about once a month.
I'm now well away from dust, and not even a mild tired eye for a couple of years on disinfected dailies changed when they become uncomfortable.
