I am tempted to spend £30 on a polisher just to see. If it all goes tits up I can still use it top polish my car I spose.
I am a fan of foam rolling so if this makes it easier its gotta be worth a punt.

I saw that on all about gym a while back.you tried a harder compound roller or maybe even a section of drainpipe?i've got a black roller and it seems to do the trick.http://www.allthingsgym.com/car-polisher-next-leve...

Yep
I bought this one

It comes with foam attached but you have some cloth sleeves that you can put on to polish which are next to useless so I used it 'raw' with just the foam - didn't do my skin any damage
Due to the machine being so bulky it is difficult to operate yourself - I could do my calves and quads and some parts of my hamstrings
It felt nice - whether or not you get the same benefit as foam rolling which is much slower - is another matter
I think what I need is to get someone to give me a good going over.

Here is the proper link

It is show with the sleeve I was talking about but the way you attach it is crap (I imagine this is not that good a car polisher). Underneath is foam which is how I am using it
