Discussion
Father in-law went through this due to an accident at work that resulted in loss of life. Bloke turned up in a Bentley Conti GT, they chatted for a couple of hours about the event, his reactions. They asked his wife to comment on his behaviour before and after and that was that. The report was then posted to them.

I had a nasty accident at work with no real physical injuries however my solicitor has chosen this route.
If it's an evidence gathering process for your own case, you can expect a chat about your injuries, experiences and any trauma these have left you with. You can probably expect to be asked about any effects on your everyday life and activities - shopping, cooking, sleeping etc - as well as effects on your family and other relationships. If you end up in court / tribunal then these answers will probably be probed and tested out by your employer's legal team.
