There was a large bottle of E45 cream in the bedroom which was rather convenient, with a push down dispenser. It went missing. I didnt ask after it. But did stumble upon some coco butter, failing to notice the "gradually builds up a natural looking tan" text on the bottle.

A while later, I noticed I now have one normal looking hand, and one orange one.
Scrubbing, scouring pads and soap have failed to remove the stain.

If I cant get it off, its only a matter of time before someone notices. The GF will question me, I have client meetings next week, I dont deserve this bad karma, any suggestions on how best to get it off in a hurry? The lines in the skin of my hand look like they are caked in dirt. No wonder the bottle of lotion was full and no one else is using it, it looks rubbish!

Might be daft but does a squirt of WD40 help remove it at all? Works wonders getting oil and grease off my hands after a good long session in the privacy of my garage.

Start scouring your skin until the layers come off.

Gradually builds up to a lot of bleeding.

just use the other hand wink then they will be equally 'tanned' and then you can explan if anyone askes something that you used tanned your hands.

rather than you were using tanning cream to..... do that.

Not sure if its helped, or made it worse by accentuating the areas which are worst.

Lemon juice. It's a bleaching agent smile

Leave it on as long as possible or make up a scrub - lemon + brown sugar or lemon + bicarbonate of soda
