Tick / Horsefly bite

Friday night, round a buddy's for a BBQ. About an hour in, couldn't put any pressure on my right heel. Saturday, even more painful and can't move my ankle at at all. No bruising, swelling and nothing I did that would have caused a strain.

Appears I have been bitten, three time in the same area, either a horsefly or tic. Bit better today with the usual remedies but still blinking painful.

Warm weather is causing a rise in these little bds so be careful out there people!

I work in gardens and get bitten all the time usually around the wrist but sometimes on the ankles even with trousers and socks on. Not sure what's biting probably midges, itchy spots that last a few days.
