From http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Egg_%28food%29

Energy 647 kJ (155 kcal)
Carbohydrates 1.12 g
Fat 10.6 g
Protein 12.6 g

Those are per 100g. A medium egg weighs between 53 and 63g, so a typical medium egg (58g) is:

90 cals
0.7g carbs
6.1g fat
7.3g protein

Egg white is just protein and water, and has just over half the protein of the egg, so it'll be about 3.8g of protein and not much else, roughly 15 cals.

Note that eggs vary in size somewhat so these numbers will vary with the size of egg. For large eggs add around 20% to all numbers.
