As above has any one used any of these?

Looking at them and they look pretty good but pretty expensive for a PDF file, however the guys look like they know there stuff and are in pretty much the shape I want to be in.
Just wondering if anyone has followed it and what they think of it?

No reason to suspect it's rubbish but we can be fairly sure they've not uncovered some mystical secret that's been hidden from all body builders for ever.
There are plenty of free, widely available systems to achieve the same results - hard work, lots of rest and good nutrition. FOC. biggrin

This. Never heard of them until I just googled them. Clicked a couple of links and was asked to pay £4.99 for a back workout ! I'd rather listen to someone like Alberto Nunez/Layne Norton and their stuff is free.

You can pretty much sell anything you want in the fitness industry if you have good genes!

Ignore the Bulking dilusion and cutting fad. Work hard and eat a lot of the right sutff and you'll be much better off.

I could direct you to n Ebookt hat's actully worth paying money for by the guy who owns the S&C gym I go to.

Just realised how old this thread is.
