Wart treatments

Afternoon all

I've had a fairly noticeable wart appear on my face, and just wondered if there are any recommended treatments you guys couls suggest please?

I've been to the dr's and he said leave it a month, if its not gone, he'll laser it off. But I'm inpatient and if I can, I'd rather get rid of it quicker. I bought some Bazooka gel, but that says not to appy to face, I assume it burns and scars where the wart was? I've also heard duct tape can do it, but don;t wanna walk about with tape on my face for a week.

So come on PH, I'm sure someone will have some sort of unusual treatment.
