Well. This is a new one on me, never had it before but courtesy of WVW (white van woman) I now have what has been described by my doc as a neck sprain that should resolve itself within a month - relatively minor in the grand scheme of things. I'd hate to find out what major was like, just this 5 days so far of constant neck pain and headache has been unutterably s

ds.I had what i believed was minor whiplash (did not claim) about 10 years ago. have had my shoulder completely sieze up, a year after accident, but although i still don't have full movement now i only feel slight discomfort. Good luck and make sure you at least mention your whiplash in case you need to claim.

Well, 6 weeks on and still in just as much pain as when it first came on. Situation undoubtedly aggravated by a very physical 2 weeks of work (soldiering) in the middle. Only had one physio treatment so far... worth another visit to the doctor or not?
Physio treatment helped me but it took a month for it to start getting better, mine was not minor! Head on combined well over 60 ! It took about 9 months for the other half to get right me about 12 months and before that I didn't think whiplash was a proper thing!! Not our fault other party decided to loose it and end up on my side of the road, but we all lived so that was a plus, thanks to a off duty paramedic being the first car to find the mess, and all three blue light people being there in 12 minutes.
