To sync with my iphone 5 - anyone know which is the most suitable one for cross training, cycling and a decent amount of rest? Am I missing something, from what I can make out they seem to be only for skinny fat exercisers with the sleep function being the only worthwhile thing.

My exercise routine:
Very little low intensity exercise (unless fasted) so no jogging as I need my knees injury free and my heart unstressed (heart disease and arthritis in family), lots of sprints then rests, weight training 3 times a week, abs once a week using a 5kg plate as a pendulum with a band round my waist in a plank position; walking only as required throughout the day.

I've got a FitBit one and it's really good. It tracks steps pretty accurately and the silent alarm for waking you up is fantastic. It also tracks stair climbs which is good.

I tried the Nike+ and Jawbone and this was the best one IMO.

However, it's expensive @ £80 and I only used it for two months before I got bored of it!
