Who turned you towards this? Or rather, how did you find it? You've not 'started' anything yet?
Chatted to a guy who takes a cortisol blocker today. Sleeps like a babe.

Only had a brief chat with a guy who follows it, but it works for him.
I intend to read the bumpf
I had this done a couple of years ago. Didn't get much out of it other than a bf percentage measurement. Made predictable recommendations i.e. zero carb for 2 weeks and then introduce carbs slowly, weight training and HIT cardio. I'm sure it would have worked but I ignored the advice and went a different route

Which route?
Currently sat at the Poliquin Strength Institute in Rhode Island. A large number of the guys here have done their BioSig 1 or 2.
I haven't done my BioSig, I've just finished the PICP level 2. I'll probably be adding this to what I do in the not to distant future.
So, I have just asked one of the BioSig practitioners. Their first response was that it depends on what you are trying to acheive. They have had success in using the 12 site BF % test to analyse hormonal imbalances which have help their clients with sleep, stress, digestion, struggling to gain muscle / lose fat, lifestyle changes and learning how to eat correctly depending on what their hormones are doing.
The hormones that get looked at are Cortisol, Estrogen and Insulin.
Any specific questions I can ask one of the instructors running my course (I fly out in about 4 hrs)
