Tennis Elbow....any recommendations to ease the pain?
Discussion
Folks,
Been playing a lot (9 sets a week) and unfortunately I'm experiencing a pretty severe case of TE.
I do not want to quit so need a better coping strategy for before and after. I know rest/refrain for an extended period is probably a great idea but I really love my tennis and it keeps me relatively sane.
Anyone have any suggestions/recommendations based on the above?
Cheers,
Ali

Ice it regularly, 15mins on, 45-60mins off and repeat. Do several times a time.
I regularly use active release of the wrist extensors on a few patients I treat with this issue and it generally responds quite well but does take time.
Google stretches for extensor carpi radialis brevis and do them.
Power balls are quite good too for strengthening.
