When is the best time of year to receive the seasons flu jab?

Need to organise the workforces jabs, we pay for them but expected delivery early December. I was thinking more now.

now- gp's and hospitals are carrying out their flu jabs now, and have been for the last month. had mine 2 weeks ago.
