Anyone fancy a challenge against other people?

With some select clients over the last year or so I've been doing this http://www.mptp.info/pages/articles/DBchallenge1.h...

If anyone fancies a bit of a fun strength and fitness test, here's a real list of times for you to beat. The Lightweight one is easy, the Heavyweight one will only be doable by a few people on here and unless you're already in good condition, it isn't recommended...

Having juggled KBs before, the heavyweight one isn't too bad. I was expecting it to be using a 40kg KB!

Yeah I thought some hard mofo's on here would be like, pah. tongue out

These are average people, all of whom were unfit to desperately unfit before meeting me. So these are good challenges for average people. Speed is the challenge though, not the ability to do it.

I have a Superheavy (30Kg) and Ultraheavy (40Kg) in reserve. Tbh the superheavy would be about enough for me and I'd never get people to do something I can't demo myself.

30kg would be difficult for me. 40kg I can barely swing without sending myself out the nearest window with the momentum. biggrin

Ah that's the fun part of kettlebell/dumbbell swinging - trying to keep yourself on the planet, hits so many more muscles. Everyone who tried the heavyweight version hated me for the next few days, but I'm used to that. wink
