Get sick to wrap up 2013 thread

I've had a series of colds for the last 3 months. It's getting really annoying.

I'm at home in bed again today and I think the last 3 days is the sickest I've been for several years. Doctor doesn't seem too bothered by it, but I'm just really feeble.

I even had a flu jab about 2 months ago.

How sick have you been in 2013 or past years and has it hung around for ages?

I've always suffered more than most from colds, catch more and they seem to hit me harder. Not had one this winter yet, though it's just a question of time. I haven't done a proper study on it, though fresh garlic seems to help keep them at bay. I discovered this a couple of years ago, then last winter ate less of it and suffered again, been back on the garlic again this year and it seems to be working - fortunately I do love garlic.

Sorry to upset you; I very rarely get sick, I get the odd sniffle here and there but nothing to write home about, I cant remember the last time I was properly ill, let alone any time off work because of illness, both of my daughters are the same, however their mum isn't as well blessed.

My sister though, god she's always ill, as is her husband and kids.

Your danglies need to be slightly cooler than the rest of your body to operate normally. Excessive heat makes the sperm shrivel into cold virii. Glue your nadgers to a small peltier cooler for a couple of days and the colds will* disappear.

Every year for the last 5 or so some of the older blokes at work bang on about getting a flu jab.

For that many years I've seen them all constantly having a cold / flu etc.

Or you probably have cat aids
