Any resident neurologists? FAO: The Doc

Just to update the thread...
I always suspected that my 'funny turn' was due to three nights on the trot with little to no sleep.
My doctors couldn't find anything wrong with me, nor did any of the various outpatient tests I've had during the year. No diagnosis.
I am now nearing the end of my 12 month revocation and can reapply for my licence. Had I surrendered my licence, I could start driving as soon as the application was received at DVLA. As I didn't, it will take around four months now for medical checks and a review of my application - I can only drive once the licence application process is complete. If you become unwell, or it is suspected you have become unwell and you get a questionnaire from DVLA, then SURRENDER YOUR LICENCE at that point because you will be back on the road a lot quicker if you do so!
I hope someone in a similar position benefits from this advice. Please let me know if you do, it will be of great consolation to me!

Good advice indeed
The dvla have my licence at the mo as i had a bad fall in May, resulting in 2 fractures on the skull and an extradural haematoma. So currently i cannot drive the car, let alone the wagons
When i finally, (hopefully) get the all clear from the consultants my priority is with dvla to get the licence back as i would like to get back working asap.
