Discussion
Has anyone got one of these? http://store.apple.com/uk/product/HD833ZM/A/fitbit...
Seems to track activity and sleep, calories burnt, steps taken etc

I've got the Up by Jawbone. Very similar.
Love mine, it's all good stuff to know and quite motivating as mine you can set an idle alarm. So you set it to vibrate after you have been idle for a set length of time. No idea about you but it makes me feel guilty and I'll get up and move.
The best thing for me is I haven't once woken up feeling like s
t in 6 months of using it as an alarm as it will always wake you up in a light sleep phase rather than deep sleep. This is better for you, when you wake in a deep sleep phase that's when you feel like you've had no sleep. Or that's what I've found.
I'd recommend one to anyone.

Yep, I've got one and so has the missus.
It's a fancy pedometer (they all are TBH), but it doesn't bother me wearing it, so it's nice to know that I've managed to get some exercise in (long hours and gyms don't mix).
Seems to give a fairly accurate reflection on steps done and pretty good at corroborating how well (or poorly) I've slept.
If you've got any specific questions, I'm happy to help.
ETA - £67 on Amazon.

So what happens if you set it for 6.45 each morning but you're still in a deep sleep?I'm quite tempted to get one too...
