What will this do within 3 months
Discussion
I'm a bit of a porka at 5'9" and 14.5 stone, so what will this do for me:
Only drinking black coffee (usually green top milk and 1 sugar)
Not eating chocolate (usually at least a bar like a Twirl and a few other choccy biscuits per day)
Not drinking any alcohol (usually upto 8-10 pints of lager a week)
50 sit ups a day(usuall none)
Jogging for 20-30 min 6 days a week (usually none)
Thanks.

Planning on cereal for breakfast, wholemeal toast with bertoli for lunch and varied stuff on an evening.
Also just drinking water, occiasionally with diluting juice.
Take sugar free cordial, make sure cereal isnt full of sugar (most are). Don't eat too late. Have some healthy snacks and bottled water and bananas and almonds for when you get a craving. Also just drinking water, occiasionally with diluting juice.
Preparation is key

Two and a half years ago I was also 5'9" and 14.5 stone. And very unfit.
Then I took up road cycling. 5 times a week during late spring, summer and early autumn (25-100 miles per session) and same number of sessions on rollers during the rest of the year (one beasting of an interval session that leaves me faint, one slightly less intense interval session, and three rather more steady rides interspersed between them designed to lay down base fitness)
I now weigh 14.5 stone.
Yep. That's right. The exercise has not shifted a gram. Because I eat like a sodding horse.
Your diet is tremendously important to weight loss unless you are exercising hard for hours each day
But I'm fit and I'm healthy. That's the important thing.

Eating times make no difference.OP: cutting all those things if you don't change portion sizes for your other food will result in weight loss. But you might find you're eating larger meals to compensate for the lost snacks. Laying off the booze won;t do your liver any harm.
Removing all sugar and alcohol will do a lot - both are empty calories and addictive to boot.
Bin the cereals too - you are only 'fattening yourself up for market'.
The sit ups will do nothing at all. The 'eating late' stuff is b
ks.
Good luck.
ETA - 5'8", 11st, 12% BF. Now. I was more like your own stats. It takes a bit longer than three months though.

Don't bother with the sit-ups, it's a waste of time and won't get you a six pack.
Jogging 6 times a week will be great for fat loss, but I would be very wary of doing too much too soon. Six days a week from zero is a big change, and what you don't want to happen is you burn out or get injured because your body isn't used to it.
I'd start off with three times a week for the first three weeks, then up it to four times for a couple of weeks, then five/six times a week after week 6.
As mentioned, I personally think the eating late stuff is b
ks. A calorie is a calorie, whether you ate it at 7am or 11pm. So long as you don't eat a big meal within 30 mins of bed (where you may struggle to digest as well as normal given you don't have gravity to help you), I think it's fine to eat late (based on my personal experience).
Good luck.

True about eating late, but I reckon the OP would be surprised at how much weight he would lose simply by having his breakfast a few hours later. And by breakfast, I don't mean cereal
, I mean something not loaded with sugar, such as ham and eggs etc.

How anyone can eat 3 meals a day from MD's and stay under 2000 cals is astounding!TX.
Edit - just checked and a Happy Meal is 650 so 3 of those would be ok
Presumably a fair amount of exercise is required too as 2000 cals a day on its own is too high for weight loss surely?Oat based cereals are absolutely fine. Porridge or something like Oatbix. The key is not to put dried fruit or honey in the porridge both of which are loaded with sugar.
As far as bread goes....Soya and Linseed (better than it sounds) or Rye bread. A lot of wholemeal loaves are not much better than white bread.
I lost three stone in just over three months without doing any exercise at all by religiously following a Low GI diet which is basically a low sugar diet. I was put on the diet by a professional dietician as I had put on a load of weight following pneumonia and some other complications.
The "no cereal" thing is as much b
ks as "easting late". You absolutely can eat cereal but the standard stuff is terrible and things like Alpen are too. I eat Oatbix every day which is absolutely fine. It's all about eating the right things. Red meat only once a week etc. Fruit juice is also really bad as it's basically sugar. People that drink a lot of fruit juice as a substitute for eating fruit are doing more harm than good.
As someone else said it's all about being prepared.

Wouldn’t advise running x 6 a week if overweight - stressful on your joints.
Most likely lose some weight – possibly end up “skinny fat”
50 sit-ups a day – a bit pointless imho

Ha ha, not a teenager no! My TDEE (not heard of it before so thanks for new knowledge) appears to be 2355 calories which seems high to me; if I ate that I'm fairly confident that I'd balloon Calculate your TDEE. Mine's around 2500.
