Eustachian tube dysfunction!

I get inner ear infections now and then. Unsurprisingly the eustachian tubes tend to be involved too, and my sinuses can tend to clog up in sympathy. If it gets particularly bad, the GP gives me antibiotics (which still takes a fair old time to sort) but for milder symptoms I use occasional sprays of Sudafed. The inner ear contains the balance senses, so any build up of fluid there is always going to have the potential to make you dizzy.
