Have I developed IBS?
Discussion
The second time in a month I've eaten something (granted it was dirty burger type food, but has never been an issue before) and I've suffered with bloating and stomach cramps! The first time this happened in Dec I had not eaten anything bad, or a lot of anything and I was cramping for two days!
Any thoughts on this sort of thing?

Some old friends of mine joined that Crossfit Cult and became obsessed with 'eating clean' and whatnot, now when then slip up and say grab a cheese burger after a belly full of beer they're doubling over in pain with cramps, although I have a theory it's part pain and part showing off just how Paleo they are, I mean, who takes to FB to tell the world how gassy they are.
I have a similar reaction to dairy, I'm not lactose intolerant per-se, I just can't stand most dairy products simply because of the taste, so when I have a bowl of ice cream or something my guts really fight me.
Maybe you need to pick up on your dirty burger digestion practice?

It's possible that it's never happened before but it might be that you're more stressed than usual for some reason.
