You take one natural constituent out and had a shed load of synthetic ones to replace the original.....Poison!? Better off drinking normal!
Same is being claimed for margarine.
Yeah, I was going to post, some people take a vitamin tablet every day, whilst the OPer is knocking back a dose of aspartame every day. Same is being claimed for margarine.

I must admit, I gave up fizzy pop a long time ago. The sweetners in "those healthy no calorie" diet drinks are a chemical s41t storm. Obviously, on a weekend when Vodka is involved, this statememnt is no longer valid
I have a fairly healthy diet for the most part, fresh veg, bit of fruit and all my meat is slow cooked or done in coconut oil although sugar is my biggest weakness.
I have a collegue who has two cans of full fat coke and a chocolate bar for breakfast and a bottle of Lucazade with his vegetarian lunch. He'll end up in hospital if he doesn't change his lifestyle soon. Saying that, moeration is the key. I wouldn't worry too much about one bottle a day although I'd maybe think about having it occasionally instead of daily.

That would be moderate for my mate and colleague. I've witnessed him consuming 4-5 half litre bottles of FF Coke/fanta/sprite a day, plus numerous chocolate bars, several deserts plus crisps and other junk. His expense receipts read as though they're a single handed attempt to keep McDonalds and Burger King in business. That's when he's not getting chicken madras from his local takeaway.Last Year I was drinking at least one can of FF Coke a day at work. I stopped 6 months ago and just drink water now and its made a massive difference to me. I'm not up and down throughout the day and seem to have more energy so I think it does make a difference over time. I still have a can now and again and it doesn't seem to have much effect though.
