I want to cut out grains so would really appreciate advice on what to eat.

Lunch and dinner is easy but I don't always have a lot of time in the mornings.

Any help is much appreciated smile

I have scrambled egg in the morning. Two eggs, salt and pepper in a pyrex jug, quick mix and 60 seconds in the microwave. Job jobbed. Sometimes add a bit of smoked salmon if I'm feeling la-de-dah.

I'm not a regular breakfast eater, and no longer paleo anyway. Too much faff for too little (if any) benefit for me.
As above, I used to enjoy eggs and bacon as well as left overs.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone. I think I'll just have to get up a little earlier for some eggs and bacon.

It is a handy weight loss tool but not great when you have a physical job like I do. Maybe a Mars bar is the way forward biggrin

I can't eat gluten which does make breakfast tricky,

Usually i alternate between Omelettes, Cottage cheese and Greek Yoghurt.

Some oats are Gluten free (I'm guessing that why you are eliminating grains) as are some brands of cornflakes.

If you have time rice flour pancakes are pretty good too.

Poached eggs - do them in cling film parcels and there's no need to clean the saucepan afterwards - plus either avocado or spinach.

I keep a bag of lumps of frozen spinach; the microwave sorts them out in about the same time as it takes to poach the eggs.
