Not been to the dentist for donkeys years and keen to get on top of things again!

I used them a couple of weeks ago. They were convenient for a simple check up with very little notice, but pricey. The staff seemed very competent and all the equipment was new and shiny.

The check up and x-ray (which took about 5 minutes in total) costs £35 for your initial visit and then £25/visit for recurring visits. A scrape and polish is an additional £39. Fortunately I didn't require any work so I'm unaware of how much that would cost.

I'll be going back to an NHS dentist next time

well over a year ago my local nhs dentist ******* up my teeth and left me in pain for a long week end rang round and got to see a priv dentist at Sainsbury ok had to pay for the work but seriously a whole new treatment experience, showed x rays on the monitor and talked thru issues and a plan of works to put right, painfree injections slow and talked thru all as it was going on. my fear of needles and dentest just faded away. price wise I think it falls mid way between nhs and full on private ! think 60 odd for a filling, have to say you do get what you pay for, I had around 4 visits with some teeth out some fillings some cleaning and all the x rays etc paid around 8oo pounds by the end of it.. my teeth have never been so good no aches no bleeding no fillings dropping out even with toffee lol. would recommend my one for sure he is from Norway Sweden ?? its like ive known him for years gets my thumbs up..

Humm.. Seems they are a bit pricy but at least they have competent staff.

I guess the quality is probably store/location dependent as well.

I am going to give my local branch a go and see what it's like. Thanks peeps
