Ok, so a number of us in the local gym are running a charity event - 2 mins per exercise for as many reps as possible. Order - Bench 60kg, Squat 60kg (arse to floor), clean and press 60kg, chins, digger tyre flip.

I'm a seasoned trainer, 95kg (fairly ripped) and so far achieved - 68 reps, 58 reps, 22 reps, 41 chins, and not tried the tyre flip yet.

Does anyone have any technique or training tips to achieve the biggest number of reps, the comp is in 4 weeks?

For chins, you could try kipping pull-ups if allowed...
They're much easier than strict pull-ups if your techniques is ok.

It's a gymnastic move. Popular in CrossFit. Have a look on YouTube.

I've done amateur gymnastics for 20 years and never seen that done. You're right about Crosst though.

OP - If you're doing that many reps I'd advise some kind of sharp aerobic training. Might I suggest intervals and make the sprint sections two - three minutes long?
