Got an op' coming up, nothing major but a knock out req'd.

As a trendy hipster (not) I have facial hair. Shave or don't worry? Forgot to ask the Dr.

uynless it;s that verdant there are tribes of pygmys chasing miniature goats throuigh it it's probably not an issue ...

actually, anaesthetists hate beards.

if you need to bag-and-mask (which he probably won't need to) then a big beard ruins the seal.

unlikely to be an issue with an elective GA though doc - unless you've got a throwback consultant that makes juniors do short cases with a OPA and mask for buggeration rather than using an SGA /FoaS...

there are ways round it

I had major surgery, I have a full beard, nobody mentioned it.
