regulare full vitamin / mineral screening

Hi,

Listening to some yanks who get their stats regularly checked and reviewed re their current vitamin / mineral etc levels.

Is there such a service in the UK? Thinking like on food doctor when they used to send off the blood and get a full analysis?

Cant see anything from 10 secs of googling?

Work on the assumption that you're vitamin D deficient already and take it from there. Any A-Z multivitamin will do the job if you're worried. Unless you're symptomatic of vitamin deficiencies, I doubt very much you would be tested unless you paid for it privately.
